Is it really two-way?
Yes. Updates from OrderNXT (e.g., fulfillment status) can be written back to supported channels, and updates on the channel side flow into OrderNXT.

How often does it sync?
Continuously. New orders and updates are fetched and applied on an ongoing basis so your shipping queue is always current.

What data permissions do you need?
Only what’s required to sync orders, products and contacts and to update fulfillment status where supported.

Will sync slow down my store?
