Guides
Selling on Allegro and juggling carrier portals slows teams down. Connecting Allegro to OrderNXT gives you a single, reliable flow for labels, pickups, tracking, returns, and reporting—so operations move faster and customers get better updates.
This guide shows the exact steps to create the connection from the Shops page in OrderNXT, how to manage multiple Allegro accounts, what data flows, and a few best-practice tips to keep everything tidy.
What syncs with OrderNXT
Orders – IDs, line items, shipping addresses, customer details, notes/tags, fulfillment state
Products – titles, SKUs/variants, weights/dimensions (for accurate labels and rules)
Result: your shipping queue is always current, labels print in seconds, and tracking/fulfillment status can be written back where supported—without copy-paste.
The connection method (from the Shops page)
There’s one simple way to integrate Allegro: create the connection from OrderNXT → Shops.
Step 1 — Open the Shops page
In OrderNXT, go to Shops and choose Connect new shop.
Step 2 — Pick Allegro
Click the Allegro icon.
Step 3 — Name your connection
Give the connection a clear Integration name (e.g., Allegro – PL Main). This helps teams distinguish multiple accounts.
Step 4 — Authorize on Allegro
You’ll be redirected to Allegro. Log in to the correct Allegro account and approve access.
Step 5 — Verify in Shops
You’ll return to OrderNXT. In Shops, your Allegro store will show as Connected with a Last sync timestamp. Click Manual Sync to backfill recent orders, then you’re ready to ship.
Step 6 — Operate with confidence
From Shops you can Pause/Resume sync, see Last sync, and run Manual Sync on demand.

Managing multiple Allegro accounts (without the headaches)
Many merchants operate more than one Allegro account (e.g., by brand or region). OrderNXT supports multiple connections—just repeat the steps above for each account.
Tips for a clean setup
Label clearly: Use distinct Integration names (e.g., Allegro – Home, Allegro – Electronics).
One session per connection: During the connect flow, make sure you’re logged into the intended Allegro account.
Avoid duplicate attempts: If you try to connect the same account twice, OrderNXT will block it and you’ll see an error. If that happens, sign out of Allegro (or use a private window), then restart the flow for the correct account.
Troubleshooting (quick fixes)
“Already connected” error
You may be logged into an Allegro account that’s already linked. Sign out of Allegro, switch to the intended account, and retry from Shops.“Wrong account connected”
Remove the connection for the wrong account and repeat the flow while logged into the correct Allegro login.“Data looks stale”
Check Last sync in Shops and click Manual Sync. Ensure sync isn’t paused.“We operate multiple Allegro stores”
That’s supported—repeat the connect flow and use clear Integration names so your team doesn’t mix them up.
